- A project should be typed on standard-size paper 8,5” ×11” using a legible font like Times New Roman or Arial;
- The overall text should be double-spaced;
- The margins are 1” on all sides;
- A page header should be placed in the upper right-hand corner of each page of your research paper. In order to insert it into your paper, type the first 2 or 3 words of your title, insert 5 spaces, and set a page number.

- Place the word “References” on a new page and center it;
- Indent 2 spaces before including the first entry into the list;
- Capitalize the first word of a source;
- Use commas to separate:
- Surnames from initials;
- A title of a newspaper from p. or pp.;
- (Ed.) from the title of a book.
